GLASS FIBER YARN
Fiberglass yarns consist of a defined number of E-Glass filaments of a certain nominal diameter, brought together to form a yarn. The structure of the yarn is fixed and protected by a size and a slight twist, generally in Z-direction.

DIRECT ROVINGS
Direct Roving are Single ended and treated with silane based sizing. They are largely used for Filament Winding and Pultrusion process. Salient features of Direct Roving include high level performance for low fuzz applications with multiple resins, excellent mechanical and electrical properties.
ASSEMBLED ROVING
Assembled Roving are multi ended made with several glass fibres assembled in parallel without twisting. It is suitable for Chopping, Filament Winding (Chop Hoop Process), SMC etc.

CHOPPED STRAND MAT
CHOPPED STRANDS
Chopped Strands are suitable for processes to reinforce thermoplastic and thermoset resins and can also be used to reinforce plaster and cement. These are fibres cut to length varying from 3 to 12 mm and the characteristics include excellent dry flow coupled with good dispersion and strand integrity. Major processes are DMC, BMC, friction applications, for reinforcing gypsum and calcium silicate and extrusion compounding.
Chopped Strand Mat is formed by binding chopped strands using a binder and the fibres have proprietary size coating for faster wet out . There are two types of binders available - Powder and Emulsion, which are soluble in styrene. Chopped Strand Mat is suitable for contact moulding, hand lay-up, SMC, continuous moulding between layers of film etc...

SM TISSUE
Tissue is mainly used in waterproofing, pipe lining, battery separator applications as it provides excellent corrosion resistance. It is composed of uniformly distributed glass strands bonded by organic additives.
COMBINATION MAT
Combo Mat is composed of chopped strands and woven roving or unidirectional mat or surface mat mechanically bonded together. Main processes are RTM, Compression moulding and pultrusion.

WOVEN ROVINGS – RP 30
Woven Roving is made by weaving the direct roving bi-directionally. Major processes are Hand-lay, RTM, Pultrusion etc.. It has a silane based proprietary for high level performance.
